Appraisal Practices (USPAP).I am certified by the American Society
of Equine Appraisers (ASEA), a division of the American Society
of Agricultual Appraisers. (ASAA).
I can help you with your equine appraisal needs, from a simple buying or selling a horse appraisal to more complex matters like; an Appraisal Review, Appraisal Consulting, or as an expert witness in a litigation case. According to USPAP, an appraisal is the act or process of developing an opinion of value; or simple stated, an opinion of value. This opinion of value must be substantiated by facts, and those facts must be researched and analyzed according to USPAP standards to produce a fair and accurate appraisal that will stand the test of litigation; this is what I do in order to provide you with an unbias appraisal. |
